Jason was great! Accommodated the mishap from miscommunications -- first, my confusion about which location to go to, and then, kept following up until we got a hold of each other, because I had gotten transferred to the answering service of a different Jason. I got a diagnostic of several pending major repairs -- everything was comprehensively laid out in a color-coded report with photos of my car's problem areas. I appreciated that Jason explained to me that the report is styled that way intentionally, for maximum transparency and trust building with customers. All around great experience, and I am very grateful for all the accommodation and assistance.

A huge thank you to Burlington Subaru for helping with my Crosstrek! I am from Connecticut and was up visiting for a family funeral. I called on Saturday and spoke to Cameron. He was so kind and called me back on Saturday after a while as he was trying hard to come up with a plan to help. He called me again on Monday morning to say he had spoken to the service manager who said they could get the work done today. I worked with Kelly, who was also very kind, and helpful. I visited St. J. GMC for a tire rotation and brake inspection. Denise Pelow happily scheduled the appointment at my convenience. Patrick Switser was my service advisor. He was very helpful and explained the results of the inspection in detail. He was straightforward in his recommendations to correct any concerns. They are the face of the dealership and why I purchase our trucks from them. I will continue to use the St. J. GMC dealership.

Reviewing the service department..I have had only one experience with 802. The service and Tech knowledge were outstanding.

Took my truck in for frame replacement per Toyota recalls, we got our truck back 1 week later, it now has multiple problems including something wrong in the drive train and the brakes along with multiple other problems that were not there before the frame replacement. Even their mechanic noticed the drivetrain vibration and noted it, the service department wanted us to pay them to diagnose the problem that they are responsible for. Lucky for us the small used car dealership (AYERS AUTO)that we bought it from is going thru and fixing our truck the correct way at no charge to us, these repairs should of been detected and fixed by 802 Toyota. I personally will never do any business with 802 Toyota nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I will never trust 802 Toyota dealership ever again. The service people are great and very friendly, Tony Anjos is great and I realize it's not his fault that this dealership does business this way.
