Seems they are nice when it come to taking your money but they can care less that you are without your truck for weeks. Their service department managed to screw up a job that the corporate office told was a repair that has step by step instructions. Not to mention they took four day to duplicate test results that took the shop I took the truck to in the first place a day to do.

Instead of the sales team attempting to expedite the process, by contacting the person who traded in the car, to get the title back, they told me to be patient and wait. All the while I have a $500 deposit on my credit card building interest.
The gentleman that traded this vehicle in was a wealthy, older gentleman, who spent over $80,000 on the car he purchased. With myself, only spending $30,000, I feel as if he's being given preferrential treatment. Even though, I'm the one without a vehicle in this situation.
I understand that this situation is partially out of the dealership's control, however, I also feel they could be putting a little more effort into obligeing me. When I call to check in on the situation, I'm constantly told that it will be checked on, and I will receive a call back... Not the case! I end up calling and hearing "it slipped my mind" few times a day.
It has now been 3 weeks since I first put the deposit down on the vehicle, and was supposed to take delivery today. However, i'm now being told that it will be tomorrow, and they would call me in a couple hours to confirm.... That was at 8:30 am, it's now 2:15pm, and I've heard nothing.
Bottom line, if you don't plan on spending at least $50-60,000 on a Buick (ha!) or Chevrolet (Basically a new Corvette Z06), take your business elsewhere!
