They were so nice to me and took the time to help me look at many cars. I took a long time to decide and they were patient and never made me feel like I HAD to buy something. When I took my car in for servicing I got great service they called me with all the details.

This is in regards to a brand new Challenger (barely a month old now) that was taken back to have the NWPP and Karrtrack added. The car is awesome. I am not posting in regards to purchase experience. This is in regards to a matter of ethics and trust at the service dept of this dealership. As planned, I took it back to have NWPP added, requires an overnight drop off. I drop it off, zero out EVIC and note the odometer. When I pick it up the next day there were 6 miles on it and EVIC read .71 Gs on the rear. This equates to a burn-out as that's the only way to pull that much G force on the rear. Not to mention .4 to .5s on the front and sides which equates to joy riding. A "road test" that hard is not needed to apply sealant on the paint and teflon on the carpets. I take it back the following week for Karrtrack to be added. I say nothing at this point, I just want to get what I paid for and be done with it. This time I zero EVIC half way there and let it record casual driving. I drop it off with from .00 to .05 Gs all around and record the mileage. The car was clean as I just had it in a car show the day before. When I pick it up, no additional miles were on it however, the rims were near black inside and out, massive break dust and wheel burn splatter all over the sides too, and drivers window was filthy. Gs read .4s and .5s all around which as best I can guess, they were doing donuts in a parking lot nearby. Those aren't normal Gs for being careful with a customers car. So not once, but twice they tear around in my car without my permission, without informing me and better yet, the service dept didn;t even know to hide their tracks in the on board computer! I will not have anything to do with this place again and will recommend others not to. I also have submitted these comments to Chrysler at the request of the Chrysler survey phone call i got the next day which included a specific request for this dealership to not contact me!

I'm fairly sure Chad will read this and I hope for your business you get a handle on your service dept people. This is no way to treat a customer. This is how you wind up with former customers.
