When I bought my car in 2022, the man in the finance department tricked me into canceling my 3rd party gap insurance to buy through them by telling me it would be refunded if I never missed a payment, and when I went to follow up after making my final payment recently, surprise, surprise, he is no longer with the company and they won't honor it. It doesn't matter that there was a witness because I didn't thoroughly read the contract as I was signing and he was just telling me what each page said.

Instead, they were open, honest, and patient. I love how all of the documents I wanted were already available for free online, which allowed me to view and copy them at home. Our 2020 CX 30 has been in for scheduled maintenance several times and for a repair of windshield wipers that were broken at the car wash and for a reprogramming of the radar sensors after running over a curb. Each time the car was in for service South Tacoma Mazda performed the service quickly and correctly. The service department is really high quality and above expectations.
