Checking in was good. Though I scheduled online the service technician seemed to be unaware of work I wanted done on the car. Car was there for 9:30 appointment. I was told it would take a hour. I received no call about the car. I called at 2:30 and was told they were finishing up. And it was not easy to find my car on the lot.

The sales experience was awesome. We had an issue with parts and detail. We had to keep driving there from over an hour away to get wrong parts that were supposed to be included when we bought it and have nxylon put on the exterior only to get to our appointment and be told they had no xylon. Haven't had any in weeks.

The sales department was easy to work with. I did not like the service advisor. The service manager was good too. I was given a warranty that didn’t cover the things that broke on the car, but the finance guy, Ryan, agreed to pay for the labor if I paid for the part. I ended up just taking the vehicle and will fix it at home. The other service advisor I spoke with took my payment for the diagnosis fees. Not sure I’ll ever go back if I have to deal with the other woman. Overall, not the best experience but it could’ve been worse.
