My 2003 Jeep's engine light was on, and I also needed a full service workup before going on a long trip. Axel R. could not have been more helpful. He was patient, respectful, and explained everything in detail. He even took me in the back to show me why it would take time to get to the source of the problem--the whole front end had to be removed to get to the radiator fan relay. I am also pleased with the mechanics' work--the Jeep runs like new now! The brakes were worked on at Quick Lane, and the people there were also very helpful.

What a pleasure it was to work with the entire Lynch staff! Patrick Smith went above and beyond from the get-go. He recently sold a car to my brother, so I already knew I was in good hands! I wasn't in any hurry to purchase a new car; I was simply just shopping around. Patrick and I initially spoke over the phone... a good 30 minute conversation. He truly listened and talked thru things with me. We scheduled to test drive a couple of cars the following weekend. I was able to free up time during the week and, with short notice, Patrick was able to accommodate. He never rushed any conversation, never pressured any decision and was gave his honest feedback on the vehicles. I fell in love with the 4Runner I test drove and schedule an appointment to come back the following weekend to pull the trigger. Patrick had scheduled PTO but came in just to meet with me and help me seal the deal. He was extremely responsive via phone and text to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout this process! Phath Ty, the Finance Director, was incredibly patient with me throughout the days; also incredibly responsive. After coming to agreement on numbers, Phath made the transaction extremely quick and easy! He took the time to explain everything, but also had all the paperwork prepared ahead of time. I was in and out within an hour! Phath and Patrick were an extreme pleasure to work with. Our family will most definitely be sticking with the Lynch group because of these two. Highly recommend purchasing your next car (used or new) thru Lynch; specifically Patrick and Phath!

I really wish this place was better started of great, both the manager and Dustin porter were a disappointment. Apparently appointments mean nothing to this dealership. I took of and set up a day to come out there, just to be told they sold it with a deposit and waiting wire transfer, no call and be given a chance to put money down or any call. Manager called and the smart man must think people just take off work and drive hours to just look at a truck, this place needs a change, Griffin can do better than this. If your on the fence and believe this place values you, your wrong it’s like the manager says it’s just about the money.very disappointing car dealership.
