RUN! Finance guy here is shady, likes to lie about any and everything he can, and sell vehicles out from under you while pretending he can't get your financing figured out. He will tell you they aren't able to buy out other companies leases (like every other dealer) when they absolutely can, just don't want to. Sat in line for an hour at the bank due to the app being down to get him documents, he said he sent them, he never did. Total waste of my time and nothing but problems. Do not waste your time here. Go anywhere else. 🙏

We have purchased many vehicles in the past. Today, we visited Landmark dealership in Independence with the intention of purchasing a Jeep Wrangler. We spent considerable time on the lot examining the Jeeps, but no salesperson approached us to offer assistance. Eventually, I approached the showroom to seek help. Unfortunately, the experience was unexpectedly unprofessional and uncomfortable. Our assigned salesperson was Josiah, and regrettably, this was the most disappointing sales experience we have encountered, car or other. Josiah seemed to make fun of us and used sarcasm and rudeness to make his points. All we asked for was the interest rate of the vehicle in which we were interested. He would not give us that but insisted that we drive the vehicle which we did not want to do as we already own a Wrangler and just wanted the interest rate information. We felt very disrespected and uncomfortable and even unsafe due to Josiah's confrontational attitude. Ultimately we chose to leave the dealership. Another important detail to our interaction with Josiah was when I told Josiah my wife had changed her mind from a four door to a two door, he replied, "Yes, women do that." So unprofessional and sexist. Additionally, we were asked to move our vehicle, which we had parked while looking at the inventory. During this interaction, Josiah was accompanied by two other staff members (as if he needed muscle backup when all we wanted to do was purchase a car) and engaged with us in a manner that we found extremely disrespectful and dismissive. We recommend any other Jeep dealership in the area. We had a great experience at Excelsior Springs Jeep.

Just bought an Equinox. I called the dealer to see if the vehicle was available and spoke with Marino. He was very helpful and we set up an appointment to see the vehicle. He asked what we would like to see the car. After setting the appointment he said he would have the car cleaned up and ready. We pulled into the dealership and there was our Equinox all bright and shiny. Marino met us, we drove the vehicle snd fell In love with it. We loved the professionalism from Marino and the finance department. They wanted to be sure we were comfortable and kept us updated every step in the process. THEY MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! Bought a brand new Wrangler in August of 2024. Transmission started slipping a few months into ownership. Has been in the shop 3 times, and the issue still exists. Contacted the dealership to try to get resolution in a civil way (trying to avoid the lemon law process, attorneys, etc.) and got told we could come trade the Wrangler in and buy another vehicle. I refuse to take a hit by trading it in because it is a lemon. Not a very good way of standing behind their product if you ask me. Purchase from a different dealership if you know what’s good for you!

My wife and I had the best car buying experience we’ve ever had at Reed Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Nick Patterson was our sales consultant and he was amazing. He was straightforward, honest and took the time to listen to what we needed and wanted. He was patient as we asked questions and tweaked what we wanted. We were looking for a safe car with more space than we currently had so we could safely fit our son’s car seat. Nick showed us options and even let us put the car seat in for the test drive to see if it really gave us the space we wanted and needed. We didn’t fee any pressure to buy something we didn’t want or need and Nick truly helped us find the perfect car within our budget. We truly can’t thank Nick enough! We decided we'd look for another reliable vehicle and we went up 44 East. We stopped at several dealerships along the way. We hadn't searched for a vehicle in a while and, up until we stopped at Schicker's Automotive, we were shocked to see how customer service had taken a serious nosedive. Several places we stopped, either we were ignored all together, no one offered to help or they diddle-daddled around. But, Schicker's Automotive was unlike anywhere we stopped that day. From the moment we drove in their driveway, someone was right there and said, "Pull right on in!" From the get-go, I let our salesperson, Ken Briick, know our price range and even though we were looking for a used car, we were treated with the utmost of courtesy and respect. The process was easy and trading in our vehicle was easy, too. They were very organized and every single person there was polite, charasmatic and friendly. I couldn’t give this dealership a worse recommendation if I could. I purchased a 2004 Chevy Silverado duramax with this company on 02/26/2019 they were supposed to have the vehicle delivered due to my busy work schedule as most working adults have. Instead I was givin the runaround as too why they could no longer keep there end of our agreement. They ask if I can wait a few days after they have been paid close too 20,000 for said vehicle. So I take off work early an drive over two hours to pick this vehicle up. I show up to get the vehicle it has less that a quarter tank of fuel as well as it hasn’t been detailed or washed. After owning the vehicle a little over a week only driving a little under 400 miles ( over 50 of which being due to the fact I had to pick the vehicle up) the cv axle snaps on 03/07/19. I call the dealership to see what can be done. I just now on 03/12/19 finally get ahold of the dealership after Continuously calling sent to voicemail or being hung up on. I am told there is nothing that they can do. I as well have still not received the title for this said vehicle. This has now all together cost me over 20,000 dollars. This has been the worst experience buying anything I have ever bought period. Can’t stress enough not to trust this company

I have stopped at Auffenberg motors for years. I have never purchased anything from the dealership because of the sorry approach and gloomy attitude I received when I did stop. But now is different. There has been a complete change of attitude and atmosphere in the dealership. I met the new GM that actually lived in Alaska for some time. Great stories and great attitude. Very refreshing from the previous managers that were there. The good ole boy club gets old after a while. Stop by and see Ryan and his new crew. New Service manager, New Parts Manager, New office manager and last but assuredly not least a New Business manager and his name is ACTUALLY Ricky Bobby!! Great new team----- Get some advertising out there Ryan!!! People need to know you are there!!
