Service for a recall took a long time. Appreciated courtesy ride home and pickup. . Drivers were great!! Auto headlight was turned off; which wasn’t discovered until driving at night a couple of days later and I couldn’t remember where to turn it back on. Otherwise, pleased with service and staff.

While traveling through Albuquerque on the way to Minnesota my ignition switch quit working and left me stranded at a fuel stop. Called Garcia's and they put me in touch with Honda Roadside Assistance, the Roadside Assistance was no help at ALL. Got a hold of a towing service and got towed to Garcia's, it was close to 6:00 PM. Service Advisor Izze Gambino was expecting me, he had been talking with my wife about my situation. He explained possible causes of the problem and what might have to be done and gave me an estimate. He even gave me a ride to a motel I had booked. The next morning he called about 1hr after they had opened and described what had be found and the what it would take to fix it. Later that afternoon it was fixed !!! He gave me a # to call for a shuttle to the dealership. Got there my Ridgeline was ready and the charges were less than the original estimate !!! I know I was put ahead in the service line because I was traveling and that was deeply appreciated. I have to say Thank You to Garcia's and to Izze Gambino in particular.

I want to complement Galles on the quality of the employees they hire. Matthew was my service advisor for my 2025 Equinox. He is very personable and calm and listened to my complaint that the driver side window wouldn't go up and down. He immediately assigned the task to a mechanic who found that it needed a part. Matthew ordered the part and when it arrived he called me to let me know. I just came back from there after having the new part installed. YEA, my window goes up and down so I can now go through the driveup at the bank and car wash. Thank you Matthew! Donna Tillman

I brought my 2020 Cadillac XT6 in for service because of a steering assist reduced warning message. I was hesitant because normally I do not have dealers do service on my vehicles. Boy was I surprised to get the service that I did. Everyone else was quoting 2 weeks to a month and a half before they could even look at it. I brought it in and Tim told me it would be one to two days for a diagnosis. When I arrived Levi was the service rep that assisted me. He was polite and professional. He told me he would call me and let me know what they find within a day or two. He called me the next day around noon and told me the repair was completed and I could come pick up my vehicle. I never expected to get the vehicle back the next day. I will definitely allow them to service my vehicle again based on this experience. Another great plus, the repair was covered under the powertrain warranty. When I went to get the vehicle it was washed and ready for me to pick up. Only negative was it seemed they were stretched a little thin when I first called. It was a little difficult to get to talk to someone. Had to leave message and wait for call back. Other than that I will definitely try them again when service needs arrive. However, this is my 3rd Cadillac and other than oil changes and regular maintenance we have never had a problem. Waiting now to look at a vehicle coming in September. Possibly it will be my 4th. Thanks Garcia Cadillac for a great experience.

Rencent work on my 2016 outback @60 k Some work not done well...sloppy etc. Sonja and especially Brett stepped up and made everything right......ater the the work in engine compartment...I found a filthy mess by tech...plus my steering wheel was left crooked after alignment. Was there for oil change. They found problem with brakes??? No test drive. Did not fix properly and had to go back again next day. Fixed problem and delivered car. Customer service excellent but not sure about service staff. Usually have no problem.

My 2024 Sierra 1500 has and issue with the sound intermittently not working; I had a different dealership service department look at my truck on three different occasions, they insisted it was a software update. After repeatedly telling them it was deeper issue, they stopped communicating with me, and on that rare time they did, they were simply rude! I proceeded to take my truck to Tillery GMC in Los Lunas, I spoke with Rudy and he assured me he would find and correct the issue. He also stated that it may not be an overnight fix, so for me to be patient. Soon after I met and spoke with Fred who was also looking into the situation. After a few attempts, the issue was in fact discovered AND fixed. Throughout the entire process, both gentlemen were in constant communication with me, they kept me updated on the progress and possible timeline for a fix. The day my truck was ready, I was running late from work, Rudy stayed after closing hours to ensure I was able to pick up my truck, and he explained and went over all the work done. The staff at the Tillery Dealership Service Center in Los Lunas, particularly Rudy and Fred are two of the most professional and courteous people in the industry; I highly recommend taking your vehicle's to them if in need of highly skilled folks. Thank you gentlemen for all you do to keep us on the road... keep up the excellent work!

Traveling from Arizona to Oklahoma I had a minor emergency with my GMC Sierra. It had to have been operator error, but a few miles out of Albuquerque I ran my windshield washer and noticed a light oil sheen on the lower left of the glass. I pulled into Moriarty to check to see what caused it . I discovered the oil cap was missing. I found Tillery Chevy/GMC just a few blocks away. They did not have the replacement cap and said it would be 4 days before a new one could arrive. They saw the panic on my face and offered to remove the oil cap from the same model truck on their lot. Great! They installed the cap from the other truck. I paid for one to be shipped in, and I was headed home very much appreciative of their accommodating my needs. From that experience I can say they are good people willing to help any way they can.
