Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service staff were very professional. Waiting area and restroom were clean. I have over 50K on my tires, they printed off 3 tire quotes for 4 tires and did not pressure me into buying them. Quotes are good for 30 days.

I have literally nothing really good to say about the service department. I'm so flippin ticked. I took my truck in for a leak at the back window and third light. After waiting a month to get in. Was told (after repairs) that the problem should be fixed. Our leak guy found the problem and fixed it. Guess what!!!! He didn't. In fact he made it worse. Or should I say the service technician who made the actual repairs. Now as of today 1/18/25 my entire roof and backseat is drenched. Worse than before. My truck is a 2020 ram 1500. That keeps flooding and nobody is doing any real repairs. They do not offer rental cars, they can take you to enterprise to spend even more money. As if this isn't already inconvenient enough. These pictures are from today 1/18/25. After repairs have been made.

I would advise you to not take your car there for repairs! I took my Dodge Caravan there for simple repairs. Shocks and Struts And they butchered the job. First they left 13mm Blue point wrench laying on my battery to short positive to negative. They put it back together with the strut bushings hanging out. Now it makes noises like front suspension going to fall out. so they either don't trust their mechanical ability to test drive it when they finish a job. Or they test drove it and said oh well who cares ship it. Took it back and they said you said shocks and struts are bad so we just replaced those not the broken strut bushings. I left it with them for 6 weeks and it's still not fixed. They never touched it. When I would call about vehicle they would say parts will be in a week that week would come and go another week for parts. They said vehicle was so old it was hard to get the parts. It is a 2013 but part interchange up to 2019. Their location in Chillicothe said they could have the parts for me in two days. I wouldn't trust them to fix a bicycle now. I was ASC certified mechanic for 15 years. I've only seen repairs like that when someone had a crackhead fix their car. BEWARE!!!

Took my 2017 Dodge Charger today (Feb. 28, 2025) in to get the trunk release button on trunk replaced. Had to purchase whole tail light assembly at $1700.00 a couple days in advance. Service was great. Dropped off at 11, got rental, picked up at 4. Everyone in service so nice and professional ! Always my go to service for my MOPARS!

My truck was repaired, Fidelity called it an adjustment. Claim denied… I was fortunate enough to have the service manager reach out to a ln additional contact, and the claim was accepted. I appreciate the extra steps taken for customer satisfaction…
