When I set out to purchase a 16’ box truck for my business I looked all over yet kept being drawn back to Integrity for my purchase. Boy am I glad I was. They aren’t your annoying pushy salesman that are blatantly pain in the xxxxx. They’re exactly the opposite. From the time we first met to the sales agreement to the delivery of my truck an hour and 20 minutes away they always kept me in the loop. They were exceptional throughout the whole process. Not only would anyone in the market purchase an amazingly clean vehicle from them you’d also be getting to listen to some amazing stories from Box Truck Bobby himself lol. I was originally intending on “just” talking to an associate and test driving a few cars when I went to the CarShop, however upon learning more about their process and inventory I was sitting in four cars that fell comfortably within my budget and had even more amenities than I even imagined! The car we chose is perfect, but the process was educational and painless for us (and even fun!) Nick was very helpful and was knowledgeable, and if he wasn’t sure about one of our questions he quickly was able to find out the answer. At no point did we feel any pressure and the CarShop environment was welcoming and Nick was very hospitable (had snacks and drink available for us since we were missing dinner). The car we chose was a perfect fit!

I ran to the dealership after work and showed up 10 minutes before he was scheduled to close and was planning on looking at the outside of it and coming back. Nate was very helpful and gave me all the time I wanted to look over the vehicle, even though it was past closing time.
