The minute we walked in Car Max, we immediately got help from Dylan Molina. I worked with Dylan Molina from the beginning of the process. We explained to him what we were looking for and he was the perfect person to talk to. He was very informative and very professional. He showed us the in/outs of each car on inventory. He would explain every detail. He gave us the motivation to be patient as we waited for the perfect car. We were on this deal and waiting for other vehicles inventory within time. Since we were still looking for other type of vehicles, patiently we found one that fit our needs, and we went again to visit Car Max and that's where Mr. Braulio Gutierrez help us transfer our vehicle from San Antonio to Pharr location. Meanwhile we did our paperwork process from home to see if we were pre-approved and we were. The excitement started!!!!
