The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by name and promptly served by Mr. Wright. He was complimentary of our vehicle and after driving and examining it offered a very fair price—way more than another dealership was allowing as a trade-in. A very pleasant experience.

My truck almost left me stranded on the highway. I got it to Casey Chevy in Newport News and they told me they couldn't even look at it for 3-4 days. I then called my preferred service dealer Ken Houtz where I've been going for almost 10 years and Mark said if I could get it to him, he'd have it looked at by the end of the day so that's what I did. I then was having trouble getting a ride home and Dave was so awesome and gave me ride home. Before I was able to leave the dealership Tyler had already looked at my truck and gave me recommendations in which I said go ahead. Friday, they had my truck back in service. Outstanding work by the Ken Houtz Service team. I will no longer even try to go anywhere else. Thank you very much to Ken Houtz Chevrolet!! -Scott

She called a few times to check up on us to see how everything was going. She also ordered us an owners manual since it seems they don't come with them anymore. Ms. Santi was Great and would recommend her if your purchasing from RK Chevrolet.

I was very pleased with my deal on my used truck and with my salesman Chris Waybright. It was a little more than I wanted to pay but I had a peace of mind knowing that Haley is a big dealer and they have a really good reputation. I knew this wasn't a cast off vehicle from an auction block. I purchased the car remotely and Chris Waybright was very helpful and honest. He also responded every time I texted or called. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Oh and they even delivered it to me.
