The worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Agreed on an “out the door” price on a 2020 Toyota Tundra over the phone. Got a certified bank check and proof of insurance for the vehicle. I confirmed with the salesman that I would be able to take delivery of the vehicle the same day as I live 3 hours away. He acknowledged I would be leaving with the vehicle the same day. I then asked if the vehicle can be cleaned before I get there so I can properly inspect it, he once again acknowledged and agreed. After arriving at the dealership, the vehicle was absolutely filthy, in no condition to be sold to a consumer. This is a 45,000 dollar certified pre-owned Toyota gold warranty vehicle. We then had to take the vehicle through a car wash while on the test drive. After getting back to the dealership, I still agreed to purchase the vehicle. I am now told I can not leave with the vehicle that day and would have to take another 6 hour round trip to the dealership to take delivery…. or, complete the transaction that day, and have one of the dealer’s transporters drive the vehicle 190 miles to my house, ON MY INSURANCE with no estimated date or time of delivery! Absolute insanity. Haddad Toyota’s motto is “Convenient. Committed. Compassionate.” Sure… I wouldn’t do business with them if they took 10k off the sticker price. Absolutely dishonest, shady dealer. BUYERS BEWARE!
