Great service from Mitch Pollak at Brewster Subaru on the last two Subaru Outbacks my family has purchased.

I brought my 1925 Subaru in for a general checkup. No problems with the car. I have no problem with the service work. My one concern was having a 1pm appointment and waiting for an hour and a half for car to be finished.

I was able to get in touch with the BDC department. (My wife is a teacher so she barely gets time to do) I was delighted by the amount of information I could get from them just with one call. The gentleman I spoke on the phone his name is Kyle. He truly went above and beyond to get my wife everything she needed. Very professional and respectful. Able to accommodate my wife's schedule and mine to get an appointment. However, once we went to the store, we were not able to meet him in person because the salesperson told us that he just works in the BDC department. We wanted to thank him directly. Hope he also got the tip we left for him. Otherwise, thank you Bill for going over the many features of car we were looking to buy. Highly recommend Bill when purchasing a Subaru. I just purchased my first Subaru from Ruge's Subaru in Rhinebeck. It was an awesome experience. No games, just straightforward representation of the product.
