We recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. The vehicle itself is great, and the sales process initially went smoothly. However, the experience changed significantly once we decided to finance the vehicle through our personal bank instead of the dealership. After informing the staff of our decision, the atmosphere became noticeably less welcoming. When it came time to complete the paperwork, we were not brought into the finance office and instead signed the final documents while standing in the lobby. No one reviewed the paperwork with us or walked us through the documents before signing. This stood out to us because we have previously purchased several vehicles from a sister dealership in the same group and had positive experiences there. We expected a similar level of professionalism and customer service. We are happy with the truck, but the final part of the purchasing experience did not reflect the level of customer service we anticipated.

(Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

Shults Ford is a big ripoff. Our Granddaughter took her 2013 Escape to have a check engine light to see what the problem was. Service department said the the engine was scorched and the she needed a new engine. She took her Escape to another mechanic and they told her that she needed more anti-freeze. there was nothing wrong with the engine. The other mechanic said that they never looked at the engine, because the area was still dirty that they were supposed to check.
