Denny our salesman was great, he was very easy to talk to and well educated about the vehicle we were there to purchase. He’s not pushy at all. Heather helped to facilitate our Interest and questions via internet before we even stepped foot into the building. This is the easiest and most enjoyable dealership that we have ever worked with. Purchased my Subaru @ Jenkins in Feb. 2024, have serviced my vehicle every 6 months with them and have been impressed every step of the way! The guys and gals at Jenkins Subaru are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to do what it takes to keep a reasonable yet somewhat picky customer satisfied. The waiting area has comfy chairs, good coffee, some snacks and they keep you updated on the status of your car while it is being serviced. Love my Subaru and the folks at Jenkins!!

I love 2 hours from this dealership, so we did the bulk of the deal on the phone. When we arrived, they had everything ready and waiting. We were at the dealership for under an hour, had everything signed and out the door! We had an unexpected issue with the car, and Serra went above and beyond to correct the issue. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a great deal, excellent service team, and easy closing!

Looking for a used car, I went to a lot of dealerships and dealt with a lot of salespeople. The service at Kerven Subaru really stood out against the rest. It was luck that they had the perfect car for me, but I walked away from a quite a few other cars that could have been perfect as well over service. Kerven Subaru got me the best deal and did all that they could to make the sale go as smoothly and as quickly as possible. The customer service was wonderful and i'll absolutely be sure to go back.
