Excellent experience purchasing a new 4Runner. The salesman I worked with, Charles, was an absolute joy to work with. My only complaint is that they would not give me a ride to the dealership the day I picked up the new car because I lived more than 10 miles away. Overall, however, I would absolutely buy from them again, especially working with Charles.

Ryan in the service department was great! After servicing my daughter's Tacoma I noticed a grinding noise on the way home. I called Ryan (it was after 7 PM) and he asked me if I could bring it in the next day. He was waiting for me when I arrived and knew by the sound the vehicle was making what the problem was. He had it fixed within 10 minutes and I was gone. It was a great pleasure meeting and working with Ryan!

Eli, Savannah, and Cam were great to work with. After shopping other dealerships I drive an hour and a half from my home, because of their courtesy and professionalism. I worked at the Toyota dealership in Sanford for 29 years and they refused to give me any discount. Eli was very aggressive with the price and got me the vehicle I desired.
