I want to acknowledge COLE PETTITT Scott Clark Nissan Service Advisor. He has aided me with my vehicle maintenance needs on 3 occasions. Always with a smile, courtesy, patience to my concerns and explain solutions. He shows me that he cares. What more can a customer ask for!? His demeanor never changes with each visit. I hope for the pleasure of dealing with him per each visit. I’ve been a long standing customer and I’ve developed nothing short of TRUST FOR THIS DEALERSHIP. I’m a Nissan manual truck lover most of my years but needed a used truck and Nissan Dealership worked within my budget with a used Toyota Tacoma truck. Trusting Scott Clark Nissan so much that I ONLY GET MY TOYOTA maintenance there. I LOVE the atmosphere. A one time repair ( clutch) had to be repaired at a Toyota dealership and their customer service was OK but I prefer Scott Clark Nissan for all maintenance and repairs when needed if possible. Comfortable with everything about SCOTT CLARK NISSAN.

Quick, to the point, friendly people and in & out with no hassle. I literally had all the information from the dealership that I needed to make the deal before I even went to the dealership. Dawn Haskins in the Internet Sales area was most helpful in pulling all of that together for me. Once I drove the 90 minutes to get there I was greeted the minute I set foot in the door by LL and he knew who I was already, so kudos there also. Alex Scronce in Sales was "in flight" already on the paperwork and it was more like "hanging out" and not like a painfully long car-buying experience. I traded two cars in the deal and Alex rode the 90 miles back home with me to pick up my second trade and immediately drove it back to Hickory. That is "above and beyond" and most appreciated. This was my 19th time trading-in for a new car and this one was WAY better and actually enjoyable versus every other time I have done this. I hope to be able to post another positive review of this dealership in the near future. Thanks guys!!!

Chris was very helpful. When I first came into Nissan they didn’t have the one I wanted but Chris was on a mission. That day the color and the same car was traded in. Chris went above and beyond and knew that I wanted this color and he took some pics and immediately sent them to me. Needless to say, I immediately loved it and me and my uncle purchased that day. I appreciate the effort that Chris put into taking care of my needs and making sure he did everything to accomplish that for me. I am overall very happy with the vehicle and the customer service was right on point. I look for Chris to help me out in the future when I get ready to buy the 2026 Nissan kicks. I never write reviews, but did want to give this place the credit they deserve. I worked with Rock Hill Nissan to help my daughter buy her first car. I negotiate pretty hard and also am pretty strict about privacy and credit inquiries so have some tighter rules I operate by. This place was very respectful of that which I appreciate. We also had to redo some paperwork that was our fault and they worked with us being very courteous and patient throughout the process. Every person we talked to starting from sales, finance, back-end administration and through management was a class act. I’d buy another car from this place in a heartbeat.

January 19, 2026 My wife and I were looking for a Nissan Pathfinder Platinum with captain’s chairs. I found two listed online at Monroe Nissan—one with captain’s chairs and one without—so we decided to stop by in person. We arrived around 6:15 PM and walked into the showroom. There were several vehicles on the floor, but no Pathfinders. After standing in the showroom for 5–10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone, we went outside to try to locate the Pathfinders ourselves. We spent another 15 minutes outside with no assistance, and we still could not access or see the vehicles we came to look at. We eventually walked back to our car and left. This was, without question, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. While I can’t say for certain, there appeared to be a salesperson at the desk on his phone the entire time we were there, despite customers walking around unassisted. We came ready to look seriously at a Pathfinder Platinum, but the complete lack of customer service ensured we took our business elsewhere. We will be continuing our search with a dealership that values customers and is willing to help.

Purchasing the car was great! Dealing with the service manager Dennis and their Branch Manager Ty was a waste of my time. Management on the service side operates unprofessionally, relaying on the "good old boy" system rather than holding individuals accountable for their actions. They prioritize protecting their own. Disappointing experience!!!
