Is the second car that we get in the last 2 months but the difference was very noticeable
The sales associates were amazing. I had work with Jeremy before and is for sure that I will keep sending my friend with him and of course I will come to him to get the next car.
Unfortunately there were 2 issues that I wasn’t expecting.
1) Nick (manager) took 3 hrs to let me know I needed to unfreeze my credit report, everyone knew I was in a rush because I had dinner reservations that had to cancel and costed me 200.00 dlls.
That really upset me, for a manager not telling anyone he needed my report unfreeze and with the client in a rush, that is unacceptable. I was sure that Nathan knew it. I didn’t yell but I was assertive. I didn’t walk out and broke the deal because my husband just said to wait a little longer. At that time the Finance person Chris came to call us to sign.
The second issue is that the deal was to pay 360.00 a month, but when we went with the Finance person (Chris) said that no, that it had to be 374.00. Why the change without previous notice?
That was not acceptable but also felt that someone took advantage of the situation that we had the reservations and we were in a rush. That was not right at all.
Why the deal wasn’t respected if my credit and husband credit is above 760?
Why ran my credit again if it was run by Derik the Thursday before?
I don’t know, but at that point just wanted to go and celebrate New Years.
As I said Jeremy is amazing and goes above and beyond the same with Xane.
When I buy another car I definitely will go with Jeremy. It is not fair that their hard work was damage by the irresponsibility or careless attitude of other people.
I also apologize with Chris because he saw when I was upset with Nathan and it wasn’t even his fault. Chris also did an amazing job and moved as fast as possible for us to be able to leave.
