Tavis was absolutely amazing to deal with, we came there 3 weeks ago to test drive some cars and told him we would be back to get something soon, he didn’t call us every day like some places do if they get your information, so major brownie pts scored with us there! We gave him our word and told him we would be back. We told him what we wanted and where we wanted our payments to be at and he delivered. We are new to the Honda family but I think It’s safe to say they have earned our business for life. The process was so easy and not stressful at all.

I sold myself the car by doing research online, and I went in and the salesman told me that they didn't have the one I want in stock and he would let me know when it arrived and did I want to put down a deposit. I said sure. He did not inform me that there was a $15 charge for using a charge card to make that deposit. Had I known that I would have gone to the bank and got the money. I was told that I would get a refund of that $15 to date I have not seen it.
