I had a great experience. Went in to look at the Chevy Trax and learn more about them. My sales guy Brian Cale, his co worker called him "The Chevy Guy" was great and not at all pushy. He was straight forward about things and if he didn't know the answer he wouldn't feed you a line of xx he would get the answer for you. I left there with a great deal and a great car. Everyone was fantastic to work with. One of the best Chevy dealerships I have ever dealt with.

I had given Jeff Wyler a pretty awful review about a week or two ago. Long story short, I had a poor experience with the floor manager and the detail team. After I published the review, both sales directors from Jeff Wyler called and/texted me within a day to try and rectify the situation. And while I am not 100% satisfied, I am impressed by Brandon Byrd's professionalism, transparency, and commitment to continue making positive changes to their dealership's car buying process. Going forward, I would recommend Jeff Wyler, but also be mindful that while upper management is making positive changes, to be sure and continue to do your due diligence when purchasing any vehicle.

Apparently since my last review, all of the staff has been replaced. I took my Acadia in for repair, back glass was leaking. I have owned this vehicle from new until now. The factory warranty has expired but I have an extended warranty. I was told they found the leak but I need to take it to a glass shop and give the warranty info. The glass shop will not accept the warranty. The glass shop, which SVG utilizes, said that SVG should do the claim and the glass shop will do the repair. SVG gets paid by the warranty company, the glass shop is paid by SVG. I'll be using a different service department/dealership in the future. I've utilized SVG/Gusweiler for many years, time for a change.

Paid cash for a car on 09/16/23 and it is now 11/02/23 and the car still has not been transferred into my name. Tags are expired so I can't drive it. They keep passing blame on to other people and are not calling me back. The lady answering the phone said I probably need to come in in person. I live an hour away and can't drive the car. Horrible experience.
