Based on my experience, he has a gift for putting the buyer at ease, answering questions, and earning the customer's trust. I bought a travel trailer from Holman and I highly recommend them. My salesman was helpful and responsive to my list of things I was looking for in a new trailer. Their selection was second to none. The other salesmen were very helpful. At the walk through all my questions were answered and I was able to test everything I wanted to. The trade in process was easy and they had the best price. When it was time to make the purchase the cashier made the whole process as smooth as silk. I searched for months at many other dealers all over the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky area but none came close to matching the level of customer service I found at Holman. In fact, it was just by luck I became aware of Holman through an internet search but in the future when I am in the market for any kind of vehicle I will be checking Holman Motors out first. They are an hour from where I live but are well worth the drive.

The response was quick, the ability to work out the specifics via text was a first for me. They answered my questions and gave me an idea what my trade was valued at.
