The Service Department was very helpful, and I especially want to thank Josh in Quick Service for taking care of my F350 roll hardtop installation. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional.
One suggestion: it would be great if photos were added for all members of both the Service and Sales Departments. This would make it easier to know who to thank and recognize.
The only hiccup was in communication between departments. My salesperson, DJ, was on vacation but had told me the part should arrive by Thursday. I had to call Sales myself to check on it, and while Chris in Sales (covering for DJ) was helpful, he was swamped with management duties. I called back to Chris later that day, but he had already left without following up, so I still didn’t know if I could bring my truck in for the installation—no one seemed to know.
The next day, I called Quick Service (contact info provided by DJ) and spoke with Josh. At first, he couldn’t find the roll top but then located it, confirmed it was there, and told me to bring the truck in. He completed the installation that day—great service once I connected with the right person.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and appreciate everyone’s hard work.
