I was visiting Chicago from out of town. My air conditioner went out and it was very hot. I also had a 7 hour drive back home. I took my car to this dealer. I had purchased the extended coverage but they said a rock went through the compressor so I wasn’t covered. They told me at the dealership I could submit a claim with my auto insurance. It was a Friday afternoon and I needed to get back home so I told them to go ahead with the repairs. It was almost $5500. My auto insurance is now saying it was not a rock. It should have been covered under warranty. My local Kia dealer is saying I got taken and it shouldn’t have cost me even half what I paid. I would never recommend this deal. They scammed me for thousands of dollars. I was out of state and had no other options. I will never buy another Kia and would not recommend anyone trusting this dealership.

I had a service appointment for my car 11:15 I arrived there is 11 am and he only told me the staff has to wait from 2:30 hours to 3 I told him they have to warn before I am more than 45 min and he only said After I take the day at my work to be able to take my car they come out with those things it's not fair they have a terrible service

Elgin Kia is by far the best Kia dealership in the Midwest! We have had several Kia leases, and our last lease, which was purchased at Elgin Kia a few years ago just ended, and our salesman Kosta and the entire Elgin Kia team made our purchasing of our lease so easy! They are also professional, kind, the facility is state-of-the-art and super clean! They are even so kid friendly when you bring your little ones. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to purchase their next Kia from this dealership! Specifically use Kosta as your salesman! I must say I’ve never seen a better and more honest car salesman than Kosta! I have used countless salesman throughout many years, and I have never had such a great experience that all the experiences I have had with Kosta.
