Everything that was advertised on the website was true (no bait and switch)-discounts available, etc. He is very knowledgable and made the process of purchasing a new car an enjoyable experience. He spent a lot of time with myself and my husband after our purchase explaining all the details of our XC90 as this was our first Volvo purchase.

Sales at this dealership sucks. They are so unresponsive and unhelpful and their prices suck. They have some of the highest prices and aren't negotiable one bit. They don't even bother trying to accommodate you one bit. The general manager sends an email to you and when you respond he doesn't even bother responding to your questions. Can't imagine how many sales they have lost. I bought two previous vehicles from Patrick dealers but never again.

Akrim A. deserves a great dept of gratitude from me. I had what seemed like a very minor condition materialize with my Jaguar the night before I had a very long drive for a client meeting. Akrim's care revealed an unrelated but extremely dangerous condition with one of my tyres. He insisted I leave the vehicle as he did not think it was safe for me. I would never have noticed this condition on my own. I had no reason to check. Without Akrim's genuine concern for me personally, my long drive could have ended very badly. Instead, I was driving a very nice and very safe vehicle provided for me as a courtesy at Akrim's insistence. Akrim and everyone at Howard Orloff, you've been great to me for 26 years!!!!
