She did a great job and has followed up with me since. Very professional. The whole process was very easy! The service department took care of the low tire pressure light. Clint Bowyer service department took the time to get the computer connection to the low tire pressure sensor. The so-called Topeka dealership didn't give a crap to properly take care of the problem. I definitely won't be at the Topeka Toyota location ever again. Emporia Toyota dealership has my trust in them.

On 12/16/25 I brought my 2015 Ram 1500 / 24815 miles in for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel balance. I met Service Advisor Brian Bahr who was very helpful, patient and attentive to my needs. I say patient and attentive because he was dealing with a 73 year old. Brian let me know the tech working on my truck found the air cleaner needed to be replaced and I agreed to have that done I'm completed satisfied with the service provided.

RUN! Finance guy here is shady, likes to lie about any and everything he can, and sell vehicles out from under you while pretending he can't get your financing figured out. He will tell you they aren't able to buy out other companies leases (like every other dealer) when they absolutely can, just don't want to. Sat in line for an hour at the bank due to the app being down to get him documents, he said he sent them, he never did. Total waste of my time and nothing but problems. Do not waste your time here. Go anywhere else. 🙏

Bought a brand new Wrangler in August of 2024. Transmission started slipping a few months into ownership. Has been in the shop 3 times, and the issue still exists. Contacted the dealership to try to get resolution in a civil way (trying to avoid the lemon law process, attorneys, etc.) and got told we could come trade the Wrangler in and buy another vehicle. I refuse to take a hit by trading it in because it is a lemon. Not a very good way of standing behind their product if you ask me. Purchase from a different dealership if you know what’s good for you!
