My partner and I visited multiple dealerships throughout the Houston area to find the best deal, and out of all the Honda dealerships we went to, Team Gillman Honda North stood out by far. From start to finish, we felt respected, valued, and well taken care of. We purchased a new 2025 Honda Pilot with the help of Augustine and Billy, who were both outstanding. They were patient, professional, and never made us feel rushed or pressured, unlike other dealerships. They took the time to answer all of our questions and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Augustine was especially transparent and straightforward—there were no games with numbers. When I asked for the out-the-door pricing, he provided exactly what I needed. At other dealerships, we experienced situations where one thing was promised over the phone and something completely different happened in person. That did not happen at Team Gillman Honda North, which we truly appreciated. Alex was also wonderful in the finance office—polite, efficient, and helpful in getting everything wrapped up smoothly. We even had an unexpected situation come up during the purchase, and the entire team was incredibly patient and willing to work with us. Augustine truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that we left happy and confident with our purchase. As someone who tends to get anxious in stressful situations, I genuinely appreciated how he took the time to ease my concerns and ensure the best outcome. He delivered on every promise, and we are beyond happy with our new family car. I highly recommend Team Gillman Honda North and couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience. 10/10 recommend!

I had a very good experience buying a new Passport from Alex Vo this week. Over the phone, he verified that the vehicle I wanted was on the lot, he sent me 2 pics to confirm that, and importantly, I had a firm OTD price (in writing) from him before leaving the house. When I arrived at the dealership, Alex met me, I confirmed with him the OTD price (no nonsense or surprises), we did a test drive of the new vehicle, we then negotiated a fair trade-in price for my Toyota and I was all set. Alex was both professional and personable throughout this entire interaction and I'm happy to recommend him to others.

Deceptive advertising - I went there looking for a - arayos42

Deceptive advertising - I went there looking for a vehicle that was slightly used and "certified" with warranty. The listing on their website clearly said this vehicle was $25,488. Under the price it shows "Certified Pre-Owned". Under details of the listing , "Dealer Notes", it mentions the vehicle is HondaTrue Certified with Powertrain limited warranty of 84 months or 100,000 miles. When it was time to do the paperwork, they tried to add Lo-jack for $1900 and "Certification fee" of $995 ontop of the clearly stated online price. I told them I would not pay this. They removed the Lojack, but the manager then came out and said she could lower the "certification fee" to $775 because she had to recoup her cost for repairs to the vehicle. This vehicle has under 6000 miles, what damages. Also, if that is the case, why was it not listed or priced into the online price. They were just looking to add fees and/or bait and switch the pricing. Waste of 2 hours only to have to walk away.

I wanted to write a review on Honda's service and Garrett Dryden who went above and beyond "customer first" ! I called in about my granddaughters Honda Civic, AutoZone had diagnosed it as needing an new alternator. I called Honda Service dept., spoke with Garrett about replacing the alternator and cost. He asked more questions about what was wrong as the car was not running and he stated he was 95% sure it was NOT the alternator and just needed an new battery!! He suggested if we could not make it to Tomball Honda to try the closest Honda dealership (WOW!! didn't push his service center) for a true diagnoses!! Later that day we had the car properly diagnosed and YES, it just needed a new battery!! My granddaugher who is college student had a 90% savings in cost!! Can not say enough about the SERVICE Dept. and GARRETT DRYDEN and his honesty!! He did the right thing in putting the customer FIRST!! A rare find!!! Hats off to you!!
