Best Car buying experience I’ve ever had. All involved starting with Ed my salesman to Sales manager and guy in finance made everything as smooth as fast as one could imagine, no markups or add on’s, the price on website is what I payed, well, minus the dealer discount and 3k in rebates I also received off that final price. I was in and out in 2 hrs. Growing up family members who lived in Texas City always went no where else other than Cook Ford, I see why now… don’t mess around at other dealers , I shopped around over 10 other dealers and most fed me a line of B.S and constantly hassled me over emails and phone calls… Save your time and money and if you want a ford go straight to Cook Ford and no where else

While my car was in his care he constantly kept us in the loop about what was going on and making sure we knew that everything was being taken care of. On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta (inventory specialist/sales) and Andrea Watson (finance) at Tommie Vaughn Ford where we were literally treated like family. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!! Went in Saturday and meet with Craig Leverett. He sold me a 22 Honda accord, he was amazing 👏 very helpful and knowledgeable. He treats you like family honestly!!
