Adolf is the best, he may be the best customer service rep I have ever encountered. He helped facilitate an out-of-state purchase, and from the moment I got off the plane to pick up the car, he met all my needs with friendly smile. He and Ed helped cover some unforeseen issues with the car upon pickup. Most importantly, after the sale, even months after, Adolf helped me sort out a few other issues. With most other dealerships, after the sale is made, papers are signed, they don't offer much help - especially out-of-state! Adolf aways picks up the phone, our calls back promptly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and will come back to Adolf for my next vehicle purchase!

This dealership is amazing. Everyone we encountered during our negotiations and purchase of our vehicle was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Geo ours salesman was phenomenal (he should be cloned). Curtis was so considerate of our financial concerns during this process. The finance department made the entire paperwork process smooth. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles in our 44 years of marriage and this was by far the absolute best car buying experience. I highly recommend this outstanding dealership.

Jeff Lee was our salesman and was very patient with our car buying experience. we started out looking at the Tacoma's and then realized it was not what I really wanted. We ended up deciding to go with a Land Cruiser. I contacted Jeff and told him our decision and he advised that there would be one in the color we wanted around the first of December. We were alright with that and asked him to keep us updated. Jeff was great he informed us that the car would be in early and gave us an approximate date it would be at the dealership. We drove away with the Land Cruiser November 14, after receiving a fair price on our trade in. Jeff was very professional, helpful and I would recommend him to anyone.

When I went in to purchase a new GMC Yukon Denali XL, The Owner Rex King had, Matt Klawin the sales manager, help me. I have always had excellent service from the sales staff But I was not prepared for what was about to happen. Matt made sure that I was completely advised of the new car and features. Anything that I asked about Matt was able to answer for me. The extras that I was interested in were made available without any hassle. Matt had Tom Medina help with the shuffling back and forth from Greeley without any inconvenience to me, everything was done in a very timely manner, the car was very clean when I picked it up, full tank of fuel and no problems. She left the dealership with a better car than what she had before. Same year, same make, same model. She financed it and all by herself. I went car shopping for my father. I had very specific requirements in mind. I knew I wanted an SUV or Truck, good towing capacity, newer but not new. Not only were they patient with me, but got me qualified at a lower rate than my own bank (I have been with for 20 years) could do. I worked primarily with Ricky, and I could not be happier with the Nissan Armada we bought. It is absolutely beautiful, was well maintained and best of all I didnt have to deal with the crazy high pressure I was so accustomed to at big car lots. Everything about the experience was refreshing, and I intend to go back to them for any car purchase for myself or my family. Thank you, Ricky and Network!

I was interested in an Infiniti G37x that they had... - DarrenS

I was interested in an Infiniti G37x that they had available on their lot. I went in last Friday (8/21) and was greeted by Cliff. He was very pleasant to talk with. After the test drive, I was still interested in the car but they had not done an inspection, and the warranty included in the price of the vehicle was not extensive enough for me to feel comfortable purchasing it without one. Cliff was very gracious and allowed me to have my preferred mechanic pick up and inspect the car on Monday (8/24). The inspection found a few issues and some potential issues. The immediate retail cost for me to service the vehicle "needs" was estimated at $870; with a follow on cost for new tires depending on selection, but certainly no less than $400. With this in mind we negotiated to have Antera service only the "needs" and I would pay their full asking price (which would leave me to purchase tires at some point in the future). Regrettably the manager didn't agree with these terms, and did not offer a counter, so we parted on good terms but without a deal. Today (8/28), I was contacted by Cliff (very cordially) and was told the manager had agreed to fix one of the two "needs" at the full asking price. Unfortunately I had purchased a very similar car from another dealership two days ago (8/26). If not, I would have considered this counter... ... would seem to me a missed opportunity given the delay in proposing a counter; otherwise all other elements to a car buying process were fine.
