Erica was very welcoming and really helped me a lot, the situation was urgent (the car had an issue while driving), I called and she immediately asked me to come, the best part process took like 10 mins and I had a loaner. The situation was supposedly stressing but Erica and the staff made it so much easier.

While driving gle 450, car stopped suddenly in middle of the road. We were asked to come out of car and wait for fuel to be filled in while salesman drove us back. Vehicle was not even checked before taking for test drive. Not at all good experience
