I made an appointment to avoid the three-hour wait from the previous day, but I still ended up waiting FOUR HOURS for a simple tire change. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if it doesn't result in a timely service?
We were transported to a nearby café to occupy our time. I received no updates and was.unable to contact my service advisor after three attempts.
Consequently, I walked back to the dealership in the cold, with my children. Upon our return to the dealership, I finally received a call from the shuttle driver. An hour-long delay in pickup is unacceptable.
Additionally, I received a lower quote the day prior and was nearly overcharged until I raised my concerns. Notably, several tire shops do not charge for this simple service. And I've never heard of any dealership or tire shop taking four hours, with an appointment, for one tire change!
This was a waste of two days and the worst service experience I've had at the Lexus of Bellevue location. I've been a loyal customer for years, but the quality of service has significantly declined. I won't be back.
