I had an excellent experience buying a car from this dealership. Earl was the salesman and he was very helpful finding the car we wanted. He was also straight forward on the price. The advisor was welcoming & quick. He knew me & my car, & knew what we were there for. Since they had to get parts from another location, they offered a loaner car so that I wouldn't h He knew me & my car, & knew what we were there for. I don't think the Holman option works. Vehicles that are not on the lot show up and no one responds to enquiries from the Holman site. The gaslighting, the boundary pushing, miscommunication, deflection, manipulation, lies, and the hoovering-this st dealership checks all the boxes. If you are in the mood for an abusive patronizing dealership experience this is your place. It’s a true car buying nightmare. The final insult was the finance department and their “dealership” rules. Impossible adequately express our dismay at this horrible experience. This was the experience that gives all dealerships a bad name. More
