I will never deal with them again! We went in on Saturday we knew the exact car we wanted! We put a deposit down, I told them to give us call when the deal comes through so we will know numbers! Never heard back from them. We went in at 11 am, they didn’t pull our credit until 7pm that night! Called several times on Monday left voicemail no response! Final got a TEXT on Tuesday saying sorry for the delay!! I called Dan Cummins jeep 15 mins later got the deal in 45 mins that we was there! Signed documents and everything! We was out of there in 2 hours! It has taken them 3 days and we still haven’t heard anything! Went to get my refund today and they still didn’t tell me anything! Once I told him we purchased the jeep already he said so ya just got any car! Heck no we got the same car cheaper and less hassle! Glen freedom needs to work on their customer service! I honestly think they didn’t take me and my husband serious! We make over 6 figure it was easy sale! I hate it for the sale guy due to him losing money! But I will never do business then again!! More

Everything was good till after I got home and went over my paperwork. They supposedly gave me more for my vehicle BUT what they failed to tell was they went up on the original price of the vehicle I bough my paperwork. They supposedly gave me more for my vehicle BUT what they failed to tell was they went up on the original price of the vehicle I bought. When your doing the final paperwork they go so quick so you don’t catch them gouging you. When I test drove it I told them it needed brakes and rotors but with me being a woman I guess they didn’t think I knew what I was talking about. They told me not once but twice to “keep driving it and it should be ok”. Well finally after many calls and service department appointment which they were told to put new brakes and rotors on the whole vehicle they only put them on the back because the front was good. WELL…guess what it still done the same thing so the front wasn’t good. I had to go pay to get new ones on the front and after I did I took the old rotors to them to prove to them I was right. They reimbursed me for the rotors. To beat it all off when I went to my appointment to get new brakes and rotors on they said they had to diagnose it first then order the parts. I said you all knew what I was coming for and you should have the parts on hand let alone you have a parts store directly across the street. Once I told the service guy I wasn’t driving my vehicle off the lot till my problem was fixed that’s when they decided they would fix the back. Would I go back and purchase another vehicle from them NO. Service department is awful. Do I wished I had went somewhere else YES. Do I recommend buying from them HECK NO!’ They got me once but not twice. More

I had my daughters car towed there after talking to a service writer about sending it only to have another one fuss because it came. Then on a recall that part of it was an oil change my daughter was cha service writer about sending it only to have another one fuss because it came. Then on a recall that part of it was an oil change my daughter was charged $90+ dollars for the oil change on the recall. I am a retired mechanic and I have never serviced a recall that actually had a cost to the customer. This is very poor customer service on the Jeep corporation. If this is the way Jeep does things when it is their problem I will never purchase another Jeep product. More
