There’s a reason Subaru of Jacksonville is number one! We were looking for our first new Subaru for a month in Pensacola, Florida and surrounding areas.(1-2 hour distances). When other dealerships turned us down or told us to look for another model of the car, I contacted Subaru of Jacksonville. They gave us the right price and were absolutely great to work with! We drove 6 hours to pick up the car. When we first got there, they quickly brought us our beautiful car, let me dest drive it and got the paper work done. They even let us take our dog in with us. We were treated like family. Josh Strickland was very trustworthy, professional, at the same time laid back and cool which made us very comfortable. This is something I’ve never experienced with car dealers. He’s the best! Also, AJ in financing was once of a kind. Professional and easy going, and loved helping us, which made what can be a stressful situation a breeze. The team at Subaru of Jacksonville made us have a good time buying the car! Thank you! More

Awesome and relaxed I was looking for another car since Hurricane Irma took care of my car. I had researched several makes of cars and narrowed it down to four makes. I was looking for another car since Hurricane Irma took care of my car. I had researched several makes of cars and narrowed it down to four makes. I did my looking on cars.com and found several pages of cars to look at. It came down to Subaru and Honda. Honda would not budge on price and Subaru would. Cars were same year and Honda was not as comfortable. So I visited Subaru. Kimberly came to greet me and I'm so glad she did. Toyota lost the chance because their salesperson made me feel like I was wasting his time by being there bothering. Kimberly was the opposite. She greeted me warmly and was most helpful. She didn't know in the beginning if I would buy from her or not but she took the time and effort to assist me. I connected with her and she answered all of my questions. She took care of me and that is why I'll go back there for other cars. No pressure not telling me if I didn't buy today the car would be gone tomorrow like the Toyota guy did..
