In my case a last minute doctor’s appointment came up, and he arran courteous and knowledgeable. He keeps you fully informed throughout the process. AJ and team did a fantastic job scheduling my car for service then providing the service in a very timely efficient manner. AJ worked with we for weeks before to ensure I was pleased with the best way to service then providing the service in a very timely efficient manner. I received a call to schedule my annual inspection. I talked to my service advisor prior to my service because I know I have maintenance items that need to be taken care of in 2024. I really appreciated him taken the time to make sure I take of service items the correct way because I didn't want to spend $1000 at one time. He also advised me that when I had new tires installed, the company stripped the bolts for my wheel locks. He has always provided excellent customer service. More

I bought my first BMW in 2018. They greet you when they see you pull up on arrival and the customer service is excellent.
