This is the letter I wrote to the dealership today. I believe it summarizes my experience. "I want to share my experience today at your dealership. I was hoping to have had a positive experience, unf believe it summarizes my experience. "I want to share my experience today at your dealership. I was hoping to have had a positive experience, unfortunately it was not. First of all, the sales associate provided us with a vehicle which had no fuel. I had my wife and child in the car, and while driving a few minutes away from the dealership the vehicle turned off in the middle of the road without warning. There was not enough fuel to pull onto a side street. The scary part was that the sales associate encouraged me to go on Rt. 18. Had I opted to do so, the results could have been catastrophic and deadly. Thankfully I chose to drive on the side streets. The sales associate's lack of forethought to perform a safety check on a vehicle which will be taken out on a test drive does not make sense. As a customer, getting acquainted with an unfamiliar car, it is assumed that it will be safe to drive and that it has fuel. Secondly, the sales manager did not understand the gravity of the situation. He appeared to be minimizing our experience and stated, "I already apologized...what else do you want from me?" His attitude, demeanor and character does not rise to that of a manager. It is a shame that he represents your dealership. He went on to state, "Cars run out of gas...I have 300 cars on the lot...I can't make sure they all have gas." He was unable to understand the deeper issue at hand which is the safety of the customer behind the wheel of a Stellantis/Dodge vehicle. As a manager, if he can not assure that a test vehicle has enough gas, implied to us that he did not care about the safety of his customers. Instead of offering an empathetic response, he became defensive, argumentative and condescending. Although I still plan on purchasing a Dodge vehicle, it will not be at a dealership which minimizes and jeopardizes the safety of it's customers. I will be writing a letter to Stellantis/Dodge and expressing my concerns and sharing my experience, in addition to, the owner/president of the dealership." More

Having a worst experience in sales and service for Jeep Cherokee . They are so pathetic and unprofessional which is beyond explanation . I’ve been struggling to get pro active responses and completely los Cherokee . They are so pathetic and unprofessional which is beyond explanation . I’ve been struggling to get pro active responses and completely lost trust and even after completing all the formalities haven’t got my car yet. It was said to be a certified car and when we were about to take it it wouldn’t lock with the keys. We were told the other day that parts are ordered and will be done. Didn’t happen the whole day on Wednesday .Next day after furiously trying to get in touch with these guys after 10+ calls I was asked to come at 4.30 pm to take the car and when I reached they were handing a loner car saying your car has one more defect and can’t be fixed until Monday or Tuesday. Now me and my wife are at there misery to get it done. On top of it when I vent my anger of this unprofessional behavior, the so rude sales manager (not naming here intentionally to avoid any direct actions , as I appreciate all are in need of job and pubically defaming might impact his salary or things) , asked me to leave the showroom. He was the one who called me and didn’t even bother to inform the delay or issues and wasn’t even interested when I went there on his calling . I’m a working professional and have to organize my day and meetings to get this done and we had one simple request to keep us informed of the processing and any issues. Is that so difficult and if the car isn’t good please advise so, so I’m not taking something that’s isn’t worth it. I’m so at loss of words to express what me and my wife are going through 😓 I’ve completely lost trust as of now but stuck as all paper formalities are done and my credit history is already hit due to hard enquiry. It’s so embarrassing and frustrating . I’m patiently waiting still to have my car. Not sure who will help and How but I’ve really at loss of words to express this behavior and pathetic way of dealing with your customers. Will never recommend anyone to go here. Request the authorities of this showroom to step in and help compensate this loss with some better service. Hoping to get my car still 😓. In anticipation of help and courtesy towards a genuine Jeep lover and prospective customer. More
