This was the best car buying experience I ever had and they got me a great car at a great price. More

Ben was a blast to "work" with if you want to call it that, it was more of a fun and relaxed experience. Ben was knowledgeable when it came to answering questions about the vehicles and didn't mind getting a little wet from the rain. I eventually purchased a Sportage and am enjoying it. Ben was there every step of the way to make sure I was taken care of. A big thanks for the great experience! More

You can't find out how professional and friendly a dealership is if you've never gone there. I took the risk and it wasn't a risk, but a real pleasure. The main reason I'll be back to trade up and recommend my (huge) family is because of Jeremy Duffy. He's the best kept secret @ Ricart and I hope he's there when I trade up. P.S.- I miss Fred and family doing their fun and very comedic commercials on TV. LOVE YOU, FRED! More

I am a senior and I have purchased several vehicles over the years and usually I purchased a 2014 KIA Soul from Ricart Kia on 3-22-14 for my wife. I am a senior and I have purchased several vehicles over the years and usually the experience is anxiety provoking, however, it was light years from that at Ricart. I never thought that I would fill out a review as positive as this one about a automotive dealership, but I am and I am doing so very sincerely. I worked primarily with Matt Kanppi and Jason Motter both of which impressed me with their kind, courteous, and professional approach. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and addressed all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. Matt worked diligently with me in completing a purchase which pleased me and was fantastic to work with. Although we liked the car they are the main reason I purchased it from Ricart. I have never been more impressed in a dealership than with Ricart KIA. In addition to Matt and Jason, I talked to four other members of the Ricart staff and they were all extremely nice to me and my wife. Ricart is very fortunate to have a staff that represents them as well as those that I dealt with. Also I cannot end without commenting on the dealership itself..........all I can say is wow! I have never seen a dealership as huge and as professionally tuned as Ricart. The icing on the cake was when I received a e-mail Video from the General sales Manager, Shea Sohovich, thanking me and offering any future assistance that I might need. The only thing I wish that I could change is....I wish that I could rate them much, much higher than this review allows for. More
