Husband and I came in on 11/13/13 knowing what we wanted and our price range, we had previously looked at Hatfield Kia, but they were not able to meet our price but wanted to sell us a used one, with no war and our price range, we had previously looked at Hatfield Kia, but they were not able to meet our price but wanted to sell us a used one, with no warranty in order to meet our price range, NOT! Then we came to Ricart Kia, I am glad that we did. The staff WAS excellent in making it possible for us to drive home Wednesday night with a new car, and not just ANY new car, it was THE car that we wanted and within the price range that fit our budget and best of all, it came with a full tank of gas and the full warranty. I never give excellent scores, because face it, most people do not earn that type of respect from me, there is always something that keeps them from it, but, I have to give it to the Jeremy(s) they definitely went above and beyond my expectations. My son will be looking for a new car next summer and I will send him first and foremost to Ricart and hopefully he can meet the Jeremy(s) and get the brand new car that he has always wanted, but has never gotten. More

During the past decade, my wife and I have leased or purchased nine vehicles from "another auto dealership." In November 2011, I was helping my son, Ryan, find a new car. We met Ricart Product Special purchased nine vehicles from "another auto dealership." In November 2011, I was helping my son, Ryan, find a new car. We met Ricart Product Specialist, Bob Tackett, and a short time later, Ryan drove off in his dream car, a 2012 Kia Forte Koup SX. I remembered that great car buying experience and decided to return to Ricart in search of a car for my wife, Peggy and daughter, Jennifer. We were advised that Mr. Tackett had retired but that Product Specialist, Brett Geiger, would help us. Brett immediately proceeded to show us all of the Kia and Hyundai models that best suited our needs and budgets. Brett's pleasant personality, low key sales approach and expert knowledge of Kia and Hyundai cars, allowed us to decide upon the best choices. We then met with Aaron Madry regarding financing. Aaron quickly worked out auto leases that fit within our budgets. Business Manager, Janda Beresford, completed all of the paperwork in record time. Matt Kamppi followed up to ensure we received gas and service discount coupons. Thanks to all of the professionals at Ricart Kia / Hyundai, my wife has a 2013 Kia Sorento LX; my daughter and grandaughter have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and my son has his Kia Forte. My family and I were extremely impressed with every aspect of the purchase of our new Kia Forte SX Koup. I live about two hours away; but starting the process online helped narrow down the vehicle opt aspect of the purchase of our new Kia Forte SX Koup. I live about two hours away; but starting the process online helped narrow down the vehicle options; identify the costs/discounts; and allowed me to communicate with Shea to determine the terms of the loan. Once at the dealership lot, Joseph Eddy had the vehicle waiting for me at the door and we took it for a test drive. I was majorly impressed with the layout of the Ricart lots and variety of options available. Joseph Eddy was extremely personable and made my son and his friend feel very much a part of the experience. Shea made an effort to stop by and introduce himself to all of us. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Joseph would quote times and details of each step in the process and he was very accurate in his time allotments. He told me it would take about 5 mins to evaluate my trade-in; and I could have set my watch by him. I have already told a bunch of people how impressed I was with this dealership. I feel because of their volume and capacity, they don't have to use trickery or deceit to sell a vehicle. They were very straight-forward and very informative. Joseph was patient and very knowledgeable of not only the car/brand that I purchased, but of any brand we discussed with him (in general conversation). My son has also said that when he is ready to purchase a vehicle, he will be going back to Ricart and Joseph Eddy. I am also very impressed with the Kia brand in general. The warranty that they provide shows me that they have confidence in their product. That made me feel good knowing I was purchasing something that had value and quality. I don't like searching for vehicles or worrying with all the details of purchasing a vehicle. So, once my son found the vehicle online and I approved of it, it was nice that the deal went through so smoothly so I didn't have to worry with all of the minor details. More

We came to Ricart to compare differant makes, we stopped at Ford first.There was a good selection of Escapes and our slesperson Travis was very patient as looked at everyone of them twice. Nick Sohovich provided EXCELLENT customer service as our sales person. We were in the market for two cars and Nick patiently test drove multiple models with us over a 4-month period. We decided on the Kia sales person. We were in the market for two cars and Nick patiently test drove multiple models with us over a 4-month period. We decided on the Kia Forte and came into the dealership the day before Thanksgiving to confirm the price and Kia financing rates that we had been given a month before. We were on a short schedule, but wanted to confirm prices/rates and set an appointment with Nick to purchase a vehicle the day AFTER Thanksgiving. It was Nick's day off so we worked with Sales Mgr. Aaron Madry. We knew which model and which color we wanted (which wasn't in stock at Richart)...so Aaron was DETERMINED to sell us a car that was in stock --with more features than we wanted to pay for. Although Aaron did give us an EXCELLENT price on the IN STOCK car...it was frustrating that he wouldn't even consider searching for...or giving us a firm price on an out of stock car (which ultimately would have cost us less and been EXACTLY what we wanted). Ultimately we agreed on a price for the stock car ONLY TO FIND that Aaron wouldn't accept a deposit to hold the car for two days while we checked out our other personal financing options. The only option Aaron gave us was to commit to filling out all of the purchase and financing paperwork THAT DAY (the day before Thanksgiving) rather than Aaron accepting a $100 deposit and setting an appointment to fill out paperwork the day after Thanksgiving (at that point we’re out of the car shopping market and we’re researching financing options…NOT looking for another car or another dealer). Finally, Aaron said that he would call us at the end of the day IF the stock car was still unsold so that we could set an appointment to purchase it the day after Thanksgiving. Aaron didn’t call us back as he promised and his “my way or the highway” sales routine ultimately led us to look for another dealer who actually DOES put the customer first. My only regret is that our salesman NICK SOHOVICH gave excellent customer service and lost a commission because his sales manager took the HIGH PRESSURE approach. We paid $100 more for the same car at HATTFIELD and were treated with respect. This is our SECOND bad purchase attempt experience at Richart; and, with all of the other dealer options in the Columbus market who are willing to earn our business…we won’t go back. More
