I was born in raised in Vermont. I have been married since 2015 to a beautiful wife and my 15 year old son who plays lots of sports and keeps dad busy when he is out of work. I played professional tennis for 3 ½ years until then finding myself back home after an injury . I have been in the car business since 2009. Started off selling cars, and worked my way up to management. I have done a few different roles in Management, all from Finance, Floor Manager, to Sales Manager and even General Sales Manager. I have a passion for this business, and that is talking with customers and being part of a very important purchase in their lives. It’s a special moment and that’s what keep me in this career! Working for the local Handy|Luneau family owned operation is what its about here in St. Albans, I love it, Vermont itself is a small community and the people are wonderful! Found a great deal on a used vehicle on their lot. Having been driving the same vehicle for 18 years, this deal was almost too good to be true. The team went through a lot of effort to get the vehicle to their So. Burlington location so I could check it out. There was another buyer interested but I was first in line. They did me a huge favor and sold it to me on the spot for the advertised price without even entertaining a counter offer from the other potential buyer. The Handy Care for 3 years looked like a good deal, have not used it yet but looks like an added bonus for doing business with these guys. I was pre-approved for the financing through a local credit union so all the paper work took maybe a little over an hour. More

I had an overall EXCELLENT experience with the personnel from Handy. Coming up from the L.I. New York area, I expected a general, "whatever, take it or leave", attitude I receive from my region w personnel from Handy. Coming up from the L.I. New York area, I expected a general, "whatever, take it or leave", attitude I receive from my region when vehicle shopping(and in general). I am happy to say that was definitely NOT the case with Handy Toyota. Though I purchased a used, different vehicle make, I FEEL THAT MY QUESTIONS WERE VALUED AND WE STRUCK A MUTUAL AGREEMENT THAT WAS REASONABLE. That being said, what missed by the shop and myself too, were major safety problems that were not major to rectify. The issues: both headlights, very low, pointing downward, BADLY...(adjusted in 10 minutes at home)---3rd brake light not working(blown bulb)---tire pressure sensor notifications came on 5 miles after leaving dealer(still tricky to find which wheel). Having to drive 450 miles to get home and essentially "draft" other vehicles for road lighting was somewhat "white knuckling" for a major portion of the trip. Certain issues I know are hard to detect---the SIRIUS/XM radio not functioning, and other hard items to detect, I understand may be not essential on the checklist. *Above All, Corey was awesome in answering any general questions and, specific requests and concerns I had on the 2014 RAM Express. Adam too was very efficient in explaining the procedures for following through with the registration process when Handy does receive/ship the new Title to my home address. Bottom line---A Helluva trip---But WELL Worth It--- ***GREAT JOB GUYS! Thank You------------------------------ Warren Davis More
