I grew up in Phoenix, and started in the Automotive industry in 2010, and have found myself enjoying it more and more daily. I recently got married in March of 2018, and my wife and I have four amazing children and one dog who is a huge part of our family.

I bought my Forrester in 2019 and I never looked back. This is the first Subaru I owned but not my last. The service department has always been outstanding and willing to go that extra step. Always keeping me updated on the progress of my service appointment. S of C also has a nice variety of goodies to munch on and Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate. I would definitely recommend Subaru of Chandler for all your service needs. More

For my first time it was a little confusing as far as where I was to park and where I was to go for service but once there, the service guy was real friendly and let us know exactly what was going to hap where I was to park and where I was to go for service but once there, the service guy was real friendly and let us know exactly what was going to happen. When I had asked him about paint to fill in a scratch my husband put in my new car, he directed me to a bumper guard that worked excellently in hiding the scratch. Easy money-friendly fix for an upsetting problem. More

I had an issue with the radio and navigation system. I had an extended warranty that the dealership accepted without a problem. The installation of a new radio solved the problem. The installation was done in around one hour so my down time was minimal. Adam will be my "guy" from now on. More

During the pandemic, our family was growing and it was a challenge for us to know what car was a fit for us. Especially post pandemic where cars are limited. I'm skeptical when it come to Sales guy but Tom challenge for us to know what car was a fit for us. Especially post pandemic where cars are limited. I'm skeptical when it come to Sales guy but Tom has proven that he can be. He treated me more than a transaction and a number on his quota. He was very communicative, helped us focus on our needs more than wants, and most importantly, we never felt pressured. The only problem I found about during our experience with Tom was that everyone else wants the same great experience he delivers so you have all of his time (That might be our personal problem though). If I had to describe Tom in a word, it would be consultant. He always has your best interest in mind and will help you over come challenges. Thanks for an amazing 4 months experience, will definitely stay in touch and buy from Tom again. Also thanks to Subaru Superstore of Chandler for enabling him to do his great work. A dealership with no xx or gimmicks. More
