Magic About 2 months ago, I had been there for service on my 2004 mazda6 and decided to ask for a test drive of a 2016 mazda6 gt while waiting for my car. B About 2 months ago, I had been there for service on my 2004 mazda6 and decided to ask for a test drive of a 2016 mazda6 gt while waiting for my car. Brandon Baldeshwiler said sure and we were on our way. He did a good job explaining what to expect on acceleration, braking and handling. When we returned we spoke about cars in general and he is quite knowledgeable. I was impressed. So when I came back later to order to purchase, I did not see the color I wanted and I thought it would take weeks, maybe months. Michael Hackett came out and said he found one and it could possibly be here today. I could not believe it. I was given a loaner to get home. Half way home, cell rings and Brandon says your car is here and you can pick it up now. WHAT! I turn around, come back to dealership. Brandon took my groceries and put them in refrigerator while I waited. About ten minutes later I'm driving down the street in my brand new car! I was very,very tired and it was a long day for me. I was not expecting to be in a new car the same day. So, I was not as excited as I could have been. So, thanks to Brandon and all those that were part of the process. And thanks Justin Anderson. I have been coming here for service for quite a while and they are awesome! More

The Service and Sales people are Great here. The Experience I Have Had At CJWilson The dealership is not handled by it's service people with any pressure tactics. When you are there for service on your vehicle you are greeted with a The dealership is not handled by it's service people with any pressure tactics. When you are there for service on your vehicle you are greeted with a smile and listened to by the service person. If you are there to buy you are given time to go over all deals that are offered to you. If you are there for service there is an excellent area which is well lite, connection to the internet made easy, and one can set back and relax. Also in this area one can pick from a variety of drinks and pastries to enjoy!!!! Let me also add, your vehicle is washed while you are there for service which is great. Thank You, E. Mills More

Great service, fast repair, sloppy mechanic Visited May 6 to have my airbag inflators replaced under recall in my Mazda 6. Dealer had me set up an appointment, and they did a good job getting my car worked on quickly. I was in a bit of a hurry, so to save time the service writer Adrian asked if I wanted to skip the complimentary hand wash. Since I had just hand-washed it myself days prior, I declined it. They did a great job getting the repair done quickly and before I knew it they said my car was done. Despite being under construction for upgrades, the waiting area was still very nice. Unfortunately, what wasn't nice was finding a greasy hand print on my back door once I walked out to my car. But I had places to be, it took me 2 minutes to wipe it off, even if I was annoyed. Plus hey, I declined the wash after all. But then as I went down the road, I saw a greasy hair/forehead mark on the inside of the windshield, greasy hand prints below that, greasy hand prints all over the passenger side exterior mirror. Was there also a complimentary vehicle rub-down service I wasn't aware of? I get that the mechanics are probably used to the porters washing all the cars after they're done with them, but when the ticket has "NO WASH" written right on the front page in bold marker, maybe be a bit more mindful of your customer's vehicle and keeping it clean. I take pride in keeping my 04 Mazda 6 wagon in great shape, I wish this mechanic had done the same. Filling this out reminds me, I need to go windex some greasy marks off the inside of my windshield... Ugggh. More

Great Service CJ Wilson has always proven to be a great dealership.
