Mr Vazquez was extreme,y prompt and helpful when my Avalon overheated due to a water pump failure. I had the car towed to Toyota of Orlando around 4 pm and the repair was complete before 8:30 pm the sa Avalon overheated due to a water pump failure. I had the car towed to Toyota of Orlando around 4 pm and the repair was complete before 8:30 pm the same day. He showed me the parts that failed, which were installed by a non-Toyota service center. I appreciate Augustin's professionalism and going all out to get my vehicle back on the road. More

Mr. Vazquez first priority was to do the best service on my vehicle that was possible. But, always coordinating with me to make sure I was in full agreement. I also did some inquiries about possible changing vehicles and the hands on from the sales depart ment was but full hands on but at the same time preserving my space at all times.
