Service Manager isn't customer oriented and very rude I'm a loyal Toyota of Orlando customer for more than 10 years, since they are in the Colonial Dr and all my cars were serviced there. But Yesterday, 1 I'm a loyal Toyota of Orlando customer for more than 10 years, since they are in the Colonial Dr and all my cars were serviced there. But Yesterday, 12/09/2019 I visited twice the dealer to bring service to two of my cars. Also, "Gus" always bring me an outstanding service, always. But Yesterday, when I was walking with "Gus" to pay the invoice, two ladies stop him close to the registers, to ask him for something about the service of her car. In this moment I toke the papers from him to pay the invoice. At this moment the Service Manager, Pellino I think was his name, told "Gus" rudely and unprofessionally way that he should never give the papers to a client to pay, making me feel like a common thief. His comments to Gus about the papers made me feel offended. I think this person should not work in any service area, due to his lack of tact with people. I would recommend anyone to work with service officers and avoid meeting this Manager. More

It's nice to get things right the first time I've had a nice experience each time that I have used the customer service department at Toyota of Orlando. Thus far things have run very well. Every visit is professional and personal. I was led to Toyota of Orlando after being treated rudely and snubbed by other dealerships because I wasn't there to spend 50 grand. I have now bought two new cars from them because of their helpfulness and willing to patiently go thru the process with you. This visit was just a service visit but "Gus" was awesome as always and got the job done thoroughly. And was out of there in record time. More

The gentleman from Bermudas, I believe, who came with me to test the car, speaks like a very educated and funny man, the Sales Manager, was a great person and also very very nice guy. But at the end, for the paper work, the most boring part of every purchase I face a young lady, Nichole Peters. She was very nice, makes me feel very comfortable, she news every paper and gave me the correct answer of every question I made. Thank you very much Nichole. Hope when I purchase a new car, I will find you again. More

My Experience I have been coming to Toyota of Orlando since 2000 where I purchased my brand new 2001 Camry which I still have. Every time I bring the car for servi I have been coming to Toyota of Orlando since 2000 where I purchased my brand new 2001 Camry which I still have. Every time I bring the car for service, I have no complaints, the staff is outstanding especially Gus! They are very professional and explain everything clearly. And kudos for the new location which is very appealing and comfortable (while you are waiting ). Looking forward to many more years of Excellent service. More
