My name is Aimee Boone Sales Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Having joined the Germain team in 2016 my career in the car business began in 2007 when I began selling cars in Alabama. I believe to be successful in this business honesty is always first. Being from Bellevue, WA I love the beautiful parks, nature, hiking, and seafood from the area. I graduated from Sammamish HS and furthered my education at the University of Alabama and Virginia College with a degree in Criminal Justice. In 2010, I landed in Columbus. I’m married to Kevin and we have 2 children Jadyn and Elijah. I enjoy playing with my Greyhound KC and volunteering at the Greyhound rescue, cooking, fishing, and hiking. My favorite vacation spot is Australia. When I was a kid I visited there and loved the sights, people, food, and great barrier reef. I enjoy cooking and I’m pretty good at it. It might be embarrassing but I’ve seen every episode of The Golden Girls. My favorite Toyota is the Highlander.

Excellent car buying experience Tanesha is wonderful to work with in buying a vehicle. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that Germain Toyota has to offer. Her no-pressur Tanesha is wonderful to work with in buying a vehicle. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that Germain Toyota has to offer. Her no-pressure sales approach was a large deciding factor in purchasing our vehicle. My wife and expected a high pressure salesperson to work with based on previous negative experiences with local dealerships, but Tanesha quickly put us at ease. The only reason I did not give 5 stars in every category is that the small mechanical issue with the vehicle was not fixed by the deadline I was told by the dealer, however they attended to it shortly after I pointed this out. They are good at Sales. Finance Department very thorough. We needed a part ordered for the passenger seat and we are still waiting. Detail was lacking TLC that was promised. This actually was the worst experience of buy a vehicle. I did the deal on a Saturday, they were suppose to do the spray in bed liner on Monday, it wasn’t done. I called my sales lady on Tuesday morning aro I did the deal on a Saturday, they were suppose to do the spray in bed liner on Monday, it wasn’t done. I called my sales lady on Tuesday morning around 11:30 and couldn’t reach her. I had to call the new car sales manager and he got ahold of her and she called me.She said it was in the body shop, let me go check on it and I will call you back. She called back, and said it is done but needs to dry. I said okay and I will be there in the morning on Wednesday around 9am to pick it up. I get there and I was told I had to go over to the other building to pay for the extra set of keys that they got made because the truck only had one key. I also had to get my temp tag sign two forms and then the guy told me I had to go back over to the used car sales to get my tag put on my truck. My truck wasn’t detailed or anything and I understand with being short staffed it not being completely detailed but it wasn’t washed or the doors wiped out or anything. And they didn’t even offer for me to bring it back after everything settles down with the crisis that is going on. They when I get home I found the screws that held my temp tag on that the holes were stripped out so I am lucky I didn’t lose my tag going down the highway. I will never buy from this dealership again. You would think that know someone is coming to pick up the vehicle that the tag would at least be on it instead of having to waste another hour and half. More
