This is my 3rd new vehicle that I've bought from Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie. I have never had anything but fabulous service, from sales to maintenance of my vehilces. They are always exceptionally plesant and enjoyable to deal with. They will got out of their way to help you in any way that they can. I always tell my friends "Toyota is the best and you need to visit Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie". "I've never had anything but complete satisfaction from Brown's".

Hello my name is Erica Reece, my husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Corolla SE. I must say this was by far the best car shopping experience that I've ever had. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. My sales associate Alan Adams was the most polite,well tempered,patient,nicest all around pleasant guy there is. I've had my fair share of experiences with car salesman and by far Alan knew what had to be done to make myself and my husband happy. He had our best interest at heart and that we appreciated. I'm very glad to say that we would advise anyone to buy a car from Brown's Toyota in Maryland and see Alan Adams.Here's why I rated you guys #1 in my book by far.

Alan Adams was great to work with. I felt very comfortable working with him as a salesman. I found him to be honest and he answered all of my questions even when I called for more information after the purchase of my Toyota. If he couldn't answer a question right away, he would get back to me within 24 hours with an answer, even on his days off. He was not at all "pushy". When I researched for the vehicle I wanted, I gave him the information and he found the vehicle I wanted within days. Upon buying a vehicle from Alan, he goes over the car with you, and explains new features, showing you how they work and helps to set up new and unfamiliar technological systems (such as bluetooth capabilities). I have recommended him to others who are looking to buy a vehicle, as he is patient and understanding of the needs and desires of his customers. He is the best car salesman that I have ever worked with!

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
I recently purchased a Toyota Camry Hybrid at Brown's Toyota in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Alan Adams was the sales person that dealt with me. I found him to be 'outstanding' as a salesman and a as fine person. He took a great deal of time to explain the merits of the car (Toyota Camry ELS Hybrid) and how each component functioned. The entire sales experience was pleasant. I have driven the car for 5 days
and it handles well in all respects. Alan Adams has had extensive experience at Browns in Glen Burnie and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the car he was demonstrating for me. I highly recommend him and this dealership.

Without question, Alan Adams is the finest Automobile salesman that I have ever had the pleasure dealing with. If I tried to put this in a perspective that others may benefit, I would begin by stating "what outstanding qualities does the perfect salesman possesses"? Alan has everything; he is knowledgeable, respectful and presents a neat positive appearance, he is attentive and listens carefully, he is responsive and provides sage experienced feedback to improve my final sales decision, he is never forceful or coercive and very patient with me, he is honest and forthright, he always allows time for my questions, he is upbeat and always pleasant to deal with, he is effective and always presents his sales in a manner that let me know if what I am looking for is achievable or not. He always gets me the best deal available with the best price. Alan is in a class by himself. Through very diligent hard work, he has garnered a reputation in sales at Brown's Toyota that is 2nd to none. He is such a good salesman and my experience working with him is been so successful that if he ever left this company, I would find where he was working and purchase a car at his new location. When I think about Alan Adams, I think about unparalleled sales and service with each and every car that he has sold to me. I cannot say enough good things about Alan Adams!

Where do I begin? I walked in and was immediately greeted with kind words and a smile. Alan was very informative in regards to the vehicle I was looking at and is such a people person. He did everything he could to ensure my experience went as quickly as possible. Sean was very helpful with my financing options. Overall my recent car buy experience at Brown's was the best I had experienced and I look forward to a long working relationship with the Brown's Family.
