In order to buy my lease it required 2 trips to the dealership and more than 5 hours of time and, even though I paid the car off in full, I still don't have my title. This was probably the worst exper dealership and more than 5 hours of time and, even though I paid the car off in full, I still don't have my title. This was probably the worst experience I've had with a dealership in my 70 years of buying and leasing cars. While the representatives were courteous, all 7 of them, getting the job done was a chore. Importantly they have not told Ford Finance that I bought the car. Neither the sales manager or the general manager returned my calls. More

Process started with Alejandra at the VEP desk. Was originally going to trade in my other truck but we decided to keep it as well. Kyle Haines and Tony in finance were amazing.
