False Advertising and Ripped Off! I went to look at a specific vehicle at Gaudin Ford that was advertised on their website and on Carfax. When I arrived they said they didn't have that I went to look at a specific vehicle at Gaudin Ford that was advertised on their website and on Carfax. When I arrived they said they didn't have that vehicle. I test drove 3 other vehicles and decided on a 2018 Ford Fusion. They told me that the car was $17,000.00 and they would not budge on the price. They did agree that they would pay for the registration for the car which they said was about $650. I asked for this in writing but was told by my sales person that I didn't need to because if Mick said he would pay the registration he would. After purchasing the car I went home and looked up the exact same car I purchased and saw that on their website it was for sale for $15,000.00 and not $17,000.00. It was also advertised on Carfax (Both Advertisements have the same VIN number) for $15,000.00. I contacted them and they offered me 3 free oil changes for the $2,000.00 they took me for. In addition to getting overcharged, they sent me a check for the agreed up registration fee's and only gave me $300.00 even and called it registration assistance deal - which was supposed to be $650.00. As a senior citizen and especially during a pandemic I feel victimized by the auto dealership and their employee's. More

Excellent customer service I purchased my first new Ford from Gaudin Ford in early 2001 when they where on the east side of Las Vegas. Their customer service is top notch and th I purchased my first new Ford from Gaudin Ford in early 2001 when they where on the east side of Las Vegas. Their customer service is top notch and they have always treated me with respect so good I have purchased four more new vehicles from them since. I recently purchased a 2019 F-350 dually and I absolutely love this truck. Gaudin Ford went above and beyond to make my experience as painless and smoothly as could be . Everything my salesman Igor said he would do he did . I not only got a great internet price before I went to the dealership for my new truck I got top dollar for my trade in which gave me a very handsome down payment. I got low payments for the new truck. Being prior military and retired LEO honesty for me is the best policy and over the years Gaudin Ford has been honest with my dealings with them always. I called my wife to come look at the new truck at the dealership and she traded her 2015 Yukon Denali for a 2020 explorer Limited the same day I purchased my truck because there was no pressure to buy by Igor our salesman and he took the time to listen to her with questions she had and didn’t rush our decision. Gaudin Ford rocks..... I absolutely will recommend this dealership to anyone who ask . I am a diehard Ford fan always have been and always will be and the only dealership I will buy from is Gaudin Ford. Thank you for great customer service and Ford Credit for rewarding loyal Ford customers with great rates . More
