Over the past two years I have brought my two previous Audi's in for service. Within that time frame the service team has provided me with exceptional service. When it came time to start looking for a new Audi I chose the Ray Catena Freehold because of the personal relationship that was already created over the past two years. I was introduced to Alex Mendoza when I started looking for a certified Q5. I was very open/honest about what I was looking for. Alex took the time to show me each model/specs. Over two weeks Alex worked with me to get a SQ5, which I wasn't even thinking about originally. When people thinking about purchasing a car it should be an exciting experience one in which is pressure free. Alex truly made the process enjoyable. Each and every single staff member I dealt with was extremely polite, extremely super informative, an extremely well dressed. I silently wondered to myself if there is an Audi Academy these folks had the go to to land a job at this place. Whoever is doing the hiring should get a promotion.
