We meet our salesmen Alex Mendoza a very nice young person.He walked us through the entire purchasing process with no hard sell at any time The agreed cost were arrived at rather quicklysince they were so co-operative. WE picked up the car the following Monday and Alex spent at least 2 to 3 hrs explaining the workings of the Vehicle. Very Impressed Over the lasy 30 years I have purchased many new cars.I always felt like buying a new car was like going into battle.This was my first time at Ray Cat Over the lasy 30 years I have purchased many new cars.I always felt like buying a new car was like going into battle.This was my first time at Ray Catena Audi in freehold.Everyone is happy when they buy a new car as I am,the RS5 is better then what I expected.This was a Fantastic experience ,im very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff.Their was no battle they seemed like old friends.Alex my sales associate was great easy to talk to,no pressure,answered all my questions.I traded in a nine year old car ,manual trans,they gave me a very stong price for it.Negotiation on trade and new car purchase took 2 minutes to make a deal.How often can you use the words fare and honest when you talking about a car dealer.I would like to thank alex and all the people at audi freehold for a great experience.
