There was an issue with my car that I had got just over 2 months All I can say is terrible customer service after you purchase a used car from them. There was an issue with my car that I had got just over 2 months ago. I got the car looked at and there was an alarming issue that they diagnosed that was a pre existing issue by the way the build up was with oil. I spoke with Alfred and he was rude and dismissive. All he kept saying was why didn’t i hear about this earlier. Well, I could say he didn’t hear about this earlier because the car was allegedly inspected and serviced the day before i picked up the car so why would I assume there would be any problems. Clearly that was done poorly. He is not someone that should be in a management or lead position especially when you don’t know how to properly talk to a customer. Would never purchase from there again. More

Getting this car was a mission, luckily when I was about to give up I met Maria Morrone and there was hope again. Wasn't a perfect experience buying this car but Maria was phenomenal and showed perfect cust to give up I met Maria Morrone and there was hope again. Definitely Toyota / Lexus are the best quality /price cars, no just cause I say it, it's all about statistics..
